Craig was raised in an entrepreneurial family retail supermarket business founded by his father Murray in 1948. The business was successful as an independent food retailer for over 50 years with several stores throughout Etobicoke in Toronto Ontario.

In 1980 Craig struck out on his own purchasing the interest of the founding partner in Clarkes Produce Co. He later went on to start a corporate foodservice company “Execudine Fine Foodservice” serving many Fortune 500 companies throughout metropolitan Toronto for over 18 years.
His ongoing interest in Real Estate and construction led him to starting Artisan Group Renovations and most recently Noblehouse Property Group Inc.

Craig’s partner and longtime friend Greg Penny was an excellent pairing for this new Noblehouse venture. Greg shared his passion in real estate, construction and brought his own expertise in property management.

Together, they share a common goal of developing wealth within a secure comfortable environment for themselves and sharing it with fellow investors.

Secretary Treasurer, Vice President Operations

Greg’s career began with a office furniture manufacturing company in Mississauga Ontario. He started as Project Manager and advanced to the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations for the U.S.

His real estate investment career started as a young man of 25 years , as a side business buying his first investment income property. This set a course that eventually blossomed into a serious business, accumulating more properties in time and eventually forming a property management company known as GMP Properties. Greg along with his extended family formed Gems Properties of WNY U.S.A. in 2012 . They methodically built a strategic portfolio of income properties in the greater Buffalo New York area.

He has successfully blazed the trail this past three years into United States. Now we are excited about  building on this success with Noblehouse Property Group Inc.
